The Calgary Eye Foundation is pleased to offer a $500 Patient Travel Grant to support ophthalmic patients who are required to travel 400 km, or greater to receive treatment/surgery.
Thanks to generous donors, the Calgary Eye Foundation is pleased to offer this grant to patients who are required to travel to receive Ocular Brachytherapy treatment.
Funding is currently limited to 10 applications per year. As more funding becomes available more applications can be approved.
This is a donor supported program, as our awareness and donor support increases we will be able to increase the number of grants as well as the type of treatment the grant will cover. If you would like to contribute to the program, click here and donate today.
